PCB Wash & Stencil Cleaner

PCB Washes remove all contamination and residues from post-reflow circuit assemblies. When contaminates and flux residues are removed, there is less chance for electro-chemical migration (ECM) failures. Clean assemblies are more reliable assemblies. Stencil Cleaners clean stencils, screens, misprinted PCBs, SMD adhesives, pallets, oven radiators and tooling with one process.

The biggest factors in wash selection are speed, effectiveness, cleaning method (agent) and waste water. Often your local water /sewer district will dictate the technology and configuration of the wash you require.

The two main types of PCB washes are In-line and Batch. In-line washes are capable of much higher throughput, but they require a lot of floor space and facilities. Batch washes are more flexible and smaller but are also much slower.

Some common brands for PCB Washes and Stencil Cleaners include:

Speedline Electrovert, Aqueous Technologies, Smart Sonic, Technical Devices, and TREK (Stoelting)

All brands have their strengths and limitations in technology.  Be sure to consult with a highly experienced Capital Equipment Exchange Sales Consultant to convey your needs.  We can guide you to your best solution.
