Description: TThe CHAD ClinchMaster is the ideal solution for semi-automatic PCB assembly, providing the economy of manual insertion with the advantages of totally flexible lead clinching. Featuring the unmatched patented, single pin clinch mechanism, the CCM allows high speed clinching of any number of leads, in any direction (0-360°) to any angle desired through software controls, without the need for tooling changes. The CCM maximizes operator efficiency and comfort, with features like; top down or bottom up light guides for fast and accurate insertion point location, a familiar operating system, adjustable parts bins for greater parts inventories and quicker access, and an overhead task light for better illumination of the work area. For the most efficient in-line board assembly, the CCM offers a unique pass-through handling option.
