Description

THE OMNIFLO

Each OmniFlo model features the same design criteria and the same robust construction. Our central design theme is to minimize the number of parts in the machine and make structural components serve multiple functions. OmniFlo's tunnel is based on custom extrusions, which serve as support members, wireways for thermocouples, hardware attachment, and nitrogen plumbing. This critical design element eliminates separate tunnel supports, copper plumbing and the need to drill and tap rails for hardware. Because of its unique design, OmniFlo can be produced in different lengths and number of zones for a full range of systems competitively priced to meet any process need.

COST OF OWNERSHIP

The initial cost of a reflow system is only a small part of the overall cost in production. Factor in mean time between failure (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR), product yields, nitrogen consumption and downtime for scheduled maintenance, and the true cost of ownership can skyrocket. The OmniFlo series is designed to have the lowest possible cost for each of these factors. Many subsystems of the OmniFlo maintain themselves. Those requiring periodic attention feature excellent accessibility. The OmniFlo reflow oven even has the ability to main¬tain the cooling system without the wait of cooling down. CAST ALUMINUM HEATER PANELS

Solid cast aluminum heater panels ensure exceptional temperature uniformity. Large thermal mass ensures oven stability and tight process control. Easy access enables heater change out, top or bottom, in less than 10 minutes.

BLOWER ASSEMBLY

Custom cast blower manifolds increase blower efficiency. Blowers are rated at 160 CFM (272 m3/hr) in each zone, top and bottom, and 320 CFM (544 m3/hr) in reflow (spike) zones.

SEMIAUTOMATIC OILERS

OmniFlo's software alerts when chain lubrication is required.  Semiautomatic oilers dispense a precise flow of lubricant to the inside of the chains.

BLOWER MOUNTING

Gasket mounts and quick disconnect at each motor provide ease of maintenance and low MTTR. Self-cooling motors with thermal overload protection and software integrated failure detection increase reliability.
