To focus on these particular assembly requirements, Universal Instruments established the Advanced Surface Mount Assembly Product Team to work closely with customers and develop the appropriate application solutions using the GSMxs, typically in a GSMxs Placement Machine configuration. This document outlines typical applications and the GSMxs options developed by the Advanced Surface Mount Assembly Product Team to meet the assembly requirements.
