Spare part availability is critical to the success of any PCB assembly line. CEE has thousands of spare parts available. Listed below is a modest subset of our available inventory. CEE's actual inventory of spare parts is far greater than we can list on-line. We have machines reserved specifically for harvesting spare parts.
All spare part requests should include:
* The machine information - model and date of manufacture.
* A brief description of the part. (i.e. servo motor for x-axis)
* Any serial tag information from the part itself.
* A picture of the bad part is often very helpful, but not necessary to start the process.
All CEE spare parts are guaranteed to be fully functional. Although we strive to verify each part prior to shipment, it is not always feasible to do so. CEE will certainly inform you if your part is new, used unverified, or used fully verified. Regardless of this status, CEE guarantees every part.
CEE caps spare part pricing at about 50% of new for spare parts (typically for unused parts). Most spare parts will be priced even less; however, we are eager to support our clients. We encourage our clients to make reasonable offers.
